The Department\u2019s academic programs are formulated based on systematic needs assessments, national and regional development priorities, and emerging governance challenges.<\/p><p>The Department is committed to developing professionals who can effectively design, implement, and evaluate public policies, lead public and development institutions, and contribute to inclusive and sustainable development. Through interdisciplinary teaching, applied research, and policy-engaged training, the Department equips public servants, development practitioners, and scholars with the knowledge, skills, and leadership capacities required for evidence-based decision-making and transformative leadership at local, national, and global levels.<\/p><p><strong>Master of Arts (MA) in Public Policy and Leadership<\/strong><\/p><p>The <strong>MA in Public Policy and Leadership<\/strong> is a multidisciplinary graduate program designed to prepare professionals for effective roles in policy formulation, implementation, evaluation, and public leadership. The program integrates public policy analysis, development studies, leadership, governance, public finance, and project management, with strong emphasis on practical problem-solving and local development contexts.<\/p><p>Students acquire analytical, managerial, and leadership competencies necessary to translate policies into actionable programs and deliver responsive public services.
